The wedding ceremony will start at 4:00pm

Bus Transportation Schedule

2:45pm	Bus will depart from Westin Harborview Hotel in Portland
3:25pm	Busses will depart from the Holiday Inn Express in Freeport
~3:30pm	Busses will briefly stop in front of the Econo Lodge in Freeport
3:45pm	Busses will arrive at Wolfes Neck Farm - Wedding Field
4:00pm	Wedding ceremony followed by cocktail hour and reception
~9:00pm	Bus will depart and offer stops at all wedding hotel locations
~10:00pm	Bus will depart and offer stops at all wedding hotel locations

BOOKING INFORMATION

Guests MUST call the hotel to book with the wedding block/rate.

Guests will provide front desk with “block code” Block rates are available for days before or after the wedding for any guests planning to stay longer. Guests can cancel any reservation made with no penalty as long as it is done before 6:00pm on the date of arrival.

ALL ROOMS RESERVED UNDER THIS BLOCK MUST BE RESERVED BY JUNE 20th, 2014. IF GUESTS TRY TO RESERVE ROOMS AFTER JUNE 20th, THE BLOCK RATE MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE.
